The Bakery team always utilizes the best local ingredients to ensure customers enjoy their experience!

Requirements:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Produces Swamp baked goods including: baking, mixing, scaling, portioning recipes and following proper weight standards Follows daily checklists to prepare and bake a variety of unique baked goods Mixes, rolls, and proofs dough using industry standard equipment Follows proper time and temperature guidelines to ensure a quality bake each time Produces beautifully proofed, cut and baked loaves of Stecca Knows how to execute all recipes and procedures with efficiency and accuracy

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS?

AGE/AVAILABILITY Must be 18 years of age or older Must be available for a variety of early morning shifts such as 12:00 am- 8:00 am or 2:00am - 10:00am.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must possess a passion for local food and an interest in telling the story behind it. Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional and respectful manner at all times. Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service. Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of a team, and able to create working relationships. Must be highly motivated, hard working, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
