Rapidly growing wholesale pretzel bakery seeks energetic, highly motivated employee who excels working in a fast paced, great atmosphere! We have a dynamic team and are looking for someone who wants to be a part of it! Our team works very well together and we are seeking another person to alternate in different processes throughout the kitchen. The right person(s) will learn all aspects of the operation, including but not limited to operating pretzel machinery, which is the primary requirement. Training provided, on the job.

Responsibilities include:

Operate and maintain the pretzel machinery Hand craft all products made in the bakery, within a specific timeframe Must be timely, clean and efficient Familiarize all aspects of the pretzel manufacturing processes, including cleanup

Requirements:

Must have the strength to lift 50 lbs An early riser! Hours 7:00-12:00 Our kitchen currently operates Monday - Thursday...

NO WEEKENDS!

!!! Ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on your feet for 6-7 hours Must have effective time management skills Must take part in maintaining a safe, clean working environment Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn Must work well with others!! 1 year minimum baking experience a plus but not required. Willingness to learn a MUST!
