We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Morning Team Member / Baking Assistant to support our daily baking operations and assist with front-of-house customer service during peak hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment and takes pride in both quality baking and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily baking and prep tasks (cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, toppings, and other desserts) Follow established recipes, portioning, and food safety standards Help with morning setup and organization of the kitchen Assist customers at the register, take orders, and provide friendly service when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of both kitchen and front-of-house areas Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Previous baking or kitchen experience required (bakery, café, or restaurant experience preferred) Customer service experience required Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Comfortable multitasking between kitchen work and customer-facing duties Reliable, punctual, and able to work morning shifts Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and consistency Team-oriented mindset Passion for desserts and hospitality Why Work With Us Fun, fast-paced, family-owned business Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a growing dessert brand
