The Baker will support store management and contribute to the success of Kendal & Kelby's Cheesecakes by making cheesecake mix, preparing cookies, and other cheesecake products to meet the KK Cheesecakes standard of excellence. They will also participate in making customers feel welcome and educating them about products when needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Prepare cheesecakes, cookies, and other cheesecake products to meet KK Cheesecakes standard of quality and consistency. Maintain quality control by ensuring product safety, freshness and consistency. Retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm. Provide incredible customer service to all of our guests throughout their experience within our bakeries including answering phone calls, or collecting details on recent experiences as shared via phone, or online. Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment behind the counter and assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists. Qualifications Experience operating commercial baking equipment including ovens and mixers. Experience as BOH restaurant staff or bakery experience required. Prior knowledge maintaining proper storage procedures as specified by the Health Department. Must be available to take on shifts between 8am-8pm short notice. Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.

Pay:

$11.00 - $14.00 per hour
