Primary Purpose:

Prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Texas Department of State Health Services-Food Handler Certification required or must obtain within 60 days of employment

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Ability to work at a fast pace for duration of shift Ability to lift 30 lbs.; pantry, freezer, cooler and chemical items and all items in the kitchen used for production in preparing, cooking, serving, cleaning Pleasant demeanor, ability to work with staff, parents and children at all times during your shift Ability to work in a team environment
