Job Description
Start at $8/hr or 10/hr and earn up to $15/hr with guaranteed raises, cash tips We are hiring two full-time crew members to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will bake cookies, prepare ingredients, run the register, and help open or close the store . - Process transactions, assist customers, and maintain a clean register area Prep assistant
- Prepare ingredients, scoop ice cream, and keep workstations clean Baking
- Bake cookies and ensure all products meet quality standards Opening & closing duties
- Set up for the day and clean/lock up at night Bonuses & Perks Shift Pick-Up Bonus
- Earn extra cash when covering open shifts Guaranteed pay raises every 3-6 months One hardship day per year that will not count against your attendance Fun, team-focused work environment Schedule & Requirements Full-time (40+ hours per week)
