Dan's Bagels is a local, family-owned business. Dan's Bagels is "East Coast-born and TX raised." Dan's specializes in premium classic & artisan bagels. This shift is 3:30am - 10:30am . We are looking for a friendly and open-minded individual to join Dan's Bagels team. The ideal candidate would be detail orientated, motivated, and a problem-solver.

Requirements:

Comphrensive understanding of time, temperature control, measuring and proofing Punctual and Attentive A Morning Person! (we do serve coffee!) A kind individual Able to wear a mask & gloves during shift Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for more than 6+ hours.

Responsibilities:

Working with several different types of machinery used for mixing and baking Perform daily and monthly maintenance of the equipment Understanding quality and consistency of bagels from mixing to baking Utilizing measuring instruments for precise dough measurements Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand 5+ hours per day

Experience:

1+ Prior Baking experience preferred, but not 100% necessary.
