Job Overview Goldfinch Gourmet Foods is hiring an experienced Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, with a passion for culinary excellence. Attention to detail and reliability are key to the success in this role. Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, tarts, baked goods and desserts
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a culinary role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently
- Team player with excellent communication skills
