Bread Mixer Main Street Bread Ferndale, WA Job Details Part-time $18.50 - $22.50 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Bakery experience Bread making Material mixing Attention to detail Monitoring processing parameters Full Job Description Sourdough Bread Mixer — Part-Time Main Street Bread is hiring a part-time morning mixer to handle our sourdough bread and baguette production.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Thursday, 4:00 AM-8:00

AM Hours:

Approximately 12 hours/week Responsibilities Mix sourdough bread dough according to established recipes and production schedules Mix and manage baguette dough Monitor dough temperature, fermentation, and consistency Perform folds and other dough-handling tasks as needed Keep the mixing area clean, organized, and ready for production Accurately weigh ingredients and follow recipes Bakery experience is helpful, but reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working independently early in the morning are most important. Must be able to reliably arrive for a 4:00 AM start Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Pay:

$18.50 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
