Duties Decorate cupcakes, cakes, and baked goods with precision, creativity, and attention to detail using various piping techniques, fondant work, and embellishments Prepare baked goods by mixing, baking, and assembling pastries according to established recipes and quality standards Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness and presentation integrity for retail or catering purposes Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout all stages of food preparation and decoration Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, piping tools, and decorating supplies safely and efficiently Assist in dough preparation and basic food handling tasks to support overall bakery production goals Collaborate with team members to meet high-volume production deadlines while ensuring consistent quality Experience Previous experience in cake decorating, pastry preparation, or food production within a bakery or culinary setting is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in cake decorating techniques including piping, fondant sculpting, and embellishment application Familiarity with food safety management practices and maintaining a clean workspace in compliance with health regulations Experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools with proficiency Knowledge of recipe adherence, baking processes, dough preparation, and food handling standards Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment Excellent customer service skills are a plus for engaging with clients or retail customers when needed Join us as a Cupcake and Cake Decorator to craft stunning baked creations that delight our customers!
