Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including the yogurt machines, toppings bar, and dining space. We love "neat freaks"! Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff. Prepare food items as needed, ensuring all products meet Menchie's quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Be able to lift 30 pounds and stand on your feet for long hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy café setting. Proficient math and cash handling skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain high hygiene standards. Experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and fellow team members. A passion for food preparation and helping others enjoy delicious frozen yogurt experiences.
