Job Description

$21-$25Are you looking for a fantastic, team-based bakery culture where you can share your talent and also learn new skills? Farine might be the perfect place for you!

You will be required to produce a range of in-house artisan breads and pastries in a fast-paced high-quality production environment. Our culture is team-based, positive and all about work-life balance. Full time employees are eligible for immediate enrollment into Benefits (medical/dental/vision) and PTO.

Requirements:

1-2 years' experience producing artisan breads and pastriesAble to operate modern baking equipment (dividers/retarder proofers/sheeter/dough breaks)A willingness to support other team members in learning the craft including new staff and apprenticesComfortable with manual heavy lifting when required (up to 50lbs)Must have full availability and be comfortable to work weekends and weekdaysA trade culinary school certificate or diploma is a plusA good understanding of laminating doughs and other pastries would be a plus/or the willingness to learnValid food handler card
