Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions about baked goods. Prepare and package baked items with precision, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standard. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, slicers, and dough sheeters Assist in food preparation tasks such as breakout, frying donuts, frosting donuts, and portioning baked goods for sale Keep bakery displays well-stocked, visually appealing, and properly labeled to enhance the customer experience Skills Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a high-volume environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with dough preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Competence in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience with cake decorating or catering is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to crafting delicious baked goods while delivering memorable customer experiences.
