Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods including doughnuts, pastries, cakes & breads Operate kitchen equipment such as proofers, ovens, slicers & tools safely and efficiently Package baked items carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail display or catering orders Decorate doughnuts with icing or other decorative elements to meet customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards Assist with food handling tasks including preparation, assembly, and baking processes Support high-volume production needs during busy periods while ensuring quality control throughout all stages Skills Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with dough preparation techniques for various baked goods Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards Ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining consistency across products Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with product inquiries or special requests Experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and effectively Basic math skills for counter pricing and managing inventory levels Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We value energetic team players who are eager to learn and contribute to creating delightful baked goods that keep our customers coming back. Pay:
