Duties Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, equipment, and seating areas, adhering to food safety protocols. Manage cash handling duties, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change using basic math skills. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items meet health and safety standards. Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively to ensure smooth beverage service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating solid retail math skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales calculations. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties regularly.
