Join the Blackbird Crew Looking for a fun, upbeat part-time job? We're hiring someone who enjoys working with people, stays motivated during busy moments, and brings a positive attitude to the team. We've got a small-town vibe with a big heart for hospitality. Our coffeehouse is the place to gather, and we're looking for someone who enjoys brightening someone's day—one cup of coffee and one smile at a time! Baking experience is a big plus (cookies, muffins, pastries, cakes, etc.), and barista experience is welcome but strictly required — we're happy to train the right person! What we're looking for: Reliable and hardworking Enjoys helping customers feel welcome Team player with a can-do attitude Comfortable learning new skills Delivers consistent quality

Details:

Part-time Flexible scheduling 1-2 shifts per week + occasional coverage shifts $11/hour + tips
