Duties Prepare a wide range of smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems to process sales efficiently and accurately Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining excellent cashiering practices Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space by adhering to food safety and food handling protocols Restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils regularly to ensure smooth daily operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality or safety Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service with strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Food Handlers Certificate is a must.
