Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers warmly, providing outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food products properly and adhering to health regulations Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support café operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Requirements Prior experience as a Barista or in food service is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with café operations Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours as needed Experience with coffee preparation, serving, and food industry standards is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
