Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process cash and card transactions efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and beverage preparation stations, adhering to food safety standards Assist with retail sales transactions by managing product displays, stocking supplies, and processing payments Serve food items promptly and professionally while ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers quickly without compromising quality Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and giving correct change Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
