Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include food service, cash handling, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
• Promote sales by upselling menu items and suggesting additional products or services
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Pouring wine and making drinks Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks Coffee and all Items on the Menu per Marriott Bistro Use Records and Standards.

Operate POS systems such as Micros POS accurately for orders, payments, and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow in both front Bistro and back Kitchen. Food service duties such as serving appetizers or light meals in accordance with health regulations Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different hospitality environments Experience Proven experience working as a barista or in a food service role within the hospitality industry Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous for enhancing guest offerings Join us to bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to our dynamic team!
