Great if you like following process to the letter, but not a good fit for those who prefer to improvise when the process is not ideal. You will be expected to enthusiastically recite our customer-service scripts perfectly for every guest and will be periodically tested. Compensation is tied to heavily to performance; tips are pooled and you will earn more as you serve more guests and complete more tasks via the checklist. Daily Studio Associate Job Duties:

Greet every customer with a smile and provide scripted instructions Assist customers in choosing the best paints and tools for their project Check your tables every 7 minutes for paint/water refills Process product deliveries (open boxes, check for damage, label product, and restock shelves) Perform various tasks around the studio to keep a clean, organized environment Utilize various apps/software applications to track your performance Operate cash registers and handle transactions quickly and with a friendly attitude Answer phones frequently with an upbeat, friendly and helpful tone What we will be looking for: Evidence of ability to work quickly and stay focused amidst distractions History of ability to forgive and resolve interpersonal conflicts with coworkers professionally, without lingering drama or negativity of any kind. Compensation:

Base Wage + Pay for Performance In our team, the harder you work, the more you earn. In some cases, you may earn as much as $4-$6 extra per hour, but only if you are disciplined and put in consistent effort. As you complete tasks, serve guests, and perform various duties in the work environment, you will earn credits. These credits are how we measure performance; every pay period, we pool all our tips and a portion of the studio profits which is then distributed based on each person's contribution. Those who contribute very little will receive very little, while those who work hard are rewarded accordingly.
