Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks with precision and flair, ensuring each beverage meets quality standards. Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat visits. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations, seating areas, and equipment to uphold food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end. Follow all food safety guidelines, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Requirements Previous barista or food service experience is preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation and serving beverages is highly valued. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and café operations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours effectively.
