As a Team Member, you'll learn every part of our shop—from helping customers and operating our Square POS system to preparing fresh fruits and vegetables and making our full menu of acai bowls, smoothies, juices, oatmeal, and toasts. Our shops are fast-paced, clean, organized, and team-driven. Everyone helps wherever needed, whether that means making orders during a rush, prepping ingredients, restocking supplies, or making sure the store is spotless at the end of the day. Responsibilities Provide friendly, welcoming, and high-energy customer service Greet customers and help create a positive Juice n' Bowls experience Learn and confidently use the Square POS system Accurately take orders and process customer transactions Learn how to prepare our complete menu, including: Acai bowls Smoothies Fresh juices Oatmeal Toasts Toppings and other menu items Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Complete assigned stocking and prep shifts Wash, cut, portion, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and toppings with accuracy and attention to detail Restock ingredients, cups, utensils, packaging, and other supplies Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods Keep all food preparation and customer areas clean and organized Complete daily cleaning and deep-cleaning responsibilities throughout the store Clean equipment, counters, floors, storage areas, dishes, and workstations as assigned Follow all food safety, sanitation, health-code, and grooming requirements Communicate professionally with managers and fellow Team Members Help teammates when needed and contribute to a positive work environment Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift RequirementsDependability Matters Our shops operate as a team, and every scheduled Team Member plays an important role. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position. We are looking for applicants who: Are dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts Can consistently arrive to work on time Understand that unexcused absences and repeated call-offs are not acceptable Communicate responsibly with management Have reliable transportation to and from work Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are willing to learn and accept coaching Can follow recipes, instructions, and company procedures Pay close attention to cleanliness, quality, and presentation Can stay productive without needing constant supervision Enjoy working as part of a team Can remain calm and efficient during busy periods Are comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Can regularly lift and carry approximately 30-50 lbs , including boxes of produce and supplies Have a valid Food Handler's Card or are willing to obtain one Can follow all company grooming, uniform, food-safety, and health-code standards Previous restaurant, food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but experience is not required . We are happy to train applicants who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
