- Palo Alto (New Location) Wer are excited to open our upcoming Palo Alto location , and we're looking for Senior and Junior Baristas to join our team! We are a next-generation milk tea brand built on one simple belief: quality and taste always come first. About the Role As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialty tea and coffee drinks. You'll also be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve tea- and coffee-based beverages with care and consistency Take orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Educate customers on our menu and tea offerings Make thoughtful recommendations based on customer preferences Upsell seasonal or special menu items when appropriate What We're Looking For We value responsibility, communication, and passion just as much as experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista (preferred but not required for junior roles) Passion for tea, coffee, food, and quality craftsmanship Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow standards and instructions Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing) Basic math skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work various shifts, including weekends Experience with espresso machines is a plus Ability to learn and operate brewing equipment (coffee machines, tea brewers, etc.) Valid California work authorization (required) Why Join wow tea & drink?
