• Responsibilities
• To make a great team, the teammate at TP TEA is responsible for: Assisting the shop Manager Adhering to the Client's culture and guidelines, the Health Department's regulations, and TP Tea standards and expectations of Tea quality, freshness and presentation Greet customers as they enter Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details (e.

g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) Prepare beverages following recipes Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the bar area clean Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

• Skills
• Beginner welcome, it's okay if you don't have previous experience Willing to be a good team player Have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude

• POSITION OBJECTIVES

• Tea Barista Tea maker Cashier In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

• Customer Service and Client Relations
• Represents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client and employee interactions Responds to all comments and complaints within 24 hours and follows up with a written response to the General Manager.

Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner. Communicates with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.

• Special Events
• Assists Shop Management team with special events as needed with staff, culinary and management presence.
