• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products
• Upsell additional items to customers when appropriate Skills
• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
