We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Team Members to help us build something special. Job Summary As a Team Member at SFCC, you'll be able to craft delicious beverages and meals, connect with guests, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, we provide the training and support to grow your skills. Responsibilities Greet and serve customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages according to company standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with attention to consistency and quality Prepare and serve sandwiches, warm pastries, and other food offerings.
