Shift Leader Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery. The Shift Leader will coordinate team activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to team success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. As a key member of our management team, the Shift Leader will play a vital role in achieving operational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Complete shift reports and communicate relevant information to management. Enforce cleanliness, safety procedures, and operational protocols. Assist in scheduling staff to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

From $19.00 per hour
