Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is hiring! Do you want to be part of something fresh, not another cog in the machine? Join our 'ohana in our new coffee shop located in Tustin, CA.

•Currently seeking experienced Barista / Restaurant Lead that could potentially become a Shift Lead in the next 2-3 months after joining our Ohana. Prior F&B, Barista and Lead experience required, or strong combination therefore of required. Most shifts are either opening at 5:30am OR closing until 4:30pm Mon-Thurs or 5:30pm Fri-Sun. Roughly 15-25 hours per week, weekday and weekend shifts.

•Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Bad Ass Coffee Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues. Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Delivers excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Follows Bad Ass Coffee's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift. Provides drinks, and food products consistently for all customers by following recipes and company standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Communicates information to the manager to effectively maintain the Bad Ass Coffee store and customer experience. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Skills we are looking for in a team member: Ability to direct the work of others.
