Flexible scheduling offered Job Summary Join Juice n' Bowls and be part of a team focused on fresh food, great service, and a clean, positive environment. We are currently hiring Team Members who are dependable, friendly, energetic, and willing to learn every part of the shop. This is a hands-on position where you'll interact with customers, prepare fresh ingredients, make menu items, clean and organize the store, and support your team throughout the day. You'll be trained to use our Square POS system and to make our full menu, including acai bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, oatmeal, and toasts. Our best Team Members are people who take pride in their work, stay productive, work well under pressure, and understand how important it is to be reliable and on time. Responsibilities Provide excellent, upbeat, and welcoming customer service Create a positive experience for every customer Learn and become comfortable using the Square POS system Take orders accurately and process customer payments Prepare the full Juice n' Bowls menu, including: Acai bowls Smoothies Fresh juices Oatmeal Toasts Toppings and other menu ingredients Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards Work assigned stocking and preparation shifts Precisely wash, cut, portion, and prepare fruits, vegetables, toppings, and other ingredients Keep food, packaging, cups, utensils, and supplies properly stocked Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization during busy periods Keep prep stations, service areas, and customer areas clean throughout the shift Complete detailed daily cleaning and deep-cleaning duties Clean floors, counters, dishes, equipment, storage areas, prep spaces, and other areas as assigned Follow company food-safety, sanitation, grooming, and health-code procedures Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and coworkers Assist other Team Members and help wherever needed Arrive for each scheduled shift on time, in uniform, and prepared to work RequirementsDependable Team Members Are a Must Each person scheduled plays an important role in keeping the shop running smoothly. Because of this, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of the position.

We are willing to train candidates who are motivated, dependable, and ready to work.
