Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their café experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas by adhering to food safety and food handling protocols Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change using cash handling best practices Restock supplies, organize inventory, and ensure all food and beverage items are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations Support team members during busy hours by assisting with food preparation, drink service, and cleaning duties Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service within the food industry, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper cleaning protocols Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and transaction processing Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality standards Experience in retail sales transactions and cashiering to ensure smooth customer interactions Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
