Fonville is actively seeking experienced and passionate baristas to join the team. For this position, candidates must be able to handle all barista-related tasks. He/She is responsible for conceptualizing and preparing creative and unique coffee beverages (as well as standard coffee drinks) for patrons, possessing a strong understanding of the coffee industry, interacting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and assessing customer needs and preferences and making appropriate recommendations. Additional responsibilities include restocking and replenishing coffee bar inventory and supplies, complying with all food & beverage regulations, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of barista experience; high end restaurant experience is a plus References Professional certification/education is a plus
