Key Responsibilities Craft Excellence:

Prepare and serve a full menu of espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages to Neoklasik's exacting standards.

Guest Experience:

Act as the face of the bakery—greeting guests warmly, sharing knowledge about our bean origins and bakery pairings, and ensuring every transaction is seamless.

Visual Artistry:

Maintain a stunning display of our bakery items and ensure the espresso bar remains pristine and organized at all times.

Operational Flow:

Multitask with grace during peak hours, balancing drink orders with guest inquiries and shop maintenance.

Team Collaboration:

Work in harmony with our bakers and front-of-house team to provide a cohesive, high-energy atmosphere.

What You Bring Technical Skill:

Proven experience with manual espresso machines and a solid understanding of coffee extraction and milk texturing.

Hospitality Mindset:

A "guest-first" attitude with the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
