Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, Matcha, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures Assist in beverage service and drink presentation to enhance the guest experience while managing time effectively during busy periods Experience Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change Experience in food preparation and beverage service within the food industry or retail environment Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality standards Food safety certification or willingness to learn proper food handling procedures is desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating great coffee experiences!
