- Prepare matcha, coffee, and specialty drinks to WHSKD recipe standards (consistency matters — every cup should taste the same)
- Set up and break down the mobile cart at event locations, markets, and pop-ups
- Manage inventory on the cart — track stock of matcha, milk, syrups, cups, and supplies during service
- Operate Square POS for order taking and payment processing
- Keep the cart, equipment, and workspace clean and organized throughout service
- Deliver friendly, fast, high-energy customer service — you're often the face of the brand at any given event
- Communicate stock issues, equipment problems, or event feedback to the owner promptly
- Help load/unload cart equipment and supplies before and after events (some lifting required)
