Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments while processing cash transactions with basic math skills Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, countertops, tables, and food handling surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation and beverage service to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high standards of quality Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Willingness to learn beverage preparation techniques and food industry standards Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences and thrive in a lively team environment!
