In this role, you will be responsible for preparing espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages with consistency, maintaining your station, and delivering a great experience to every guest. SEPTEMBER.

All team members will begin by training and working at our Hollywood location to learn our systems, service style, and standards before transitioning to the new store.

Duties:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages Maintain consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation Dial in espresso and monitor extraction throughout the shift Operate coffee equipment and complete proper daily setup, cleaning, and maintenance Keep the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked Restock ingredients, syrups, milk, and supplies throughout the shift Assist guests with beverage selections and promote menu items Communicate and work closely with cashiers, kitchen, and team members Support the counter and packaging of bakery items during peak hours Follow all cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards

Requirements:

Previous barista experience required (2+ years in a café, bakery, or coffee shop environment) Solid knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee equipment Strong customer service skills and friendly attitude Ability to multitask and stay efficient during busy hours Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays, and early mornings) Must be legally authorized to work in the USA Latte art experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
