Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS system Handle retail sales transactions with cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling areas, equipment, counters, and seating spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling beverages and light food items to ensure quick service during busy periods Manage time effectively to serve customers quickly without sacrificing quality or safety standards Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service environments with beverage preparation expertise…willing to train the right person Strong cashiering skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales reconciliation accurately Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Experience in retail sales transactions, cash processing, and serving beverages confidently This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy creating delightful experiences through excellent service.
