Job Description
Dark Horse Coffee Co. is looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced full-time barista to join our growing mobile coffee business. We operate a high-quality coffee truck serving the Wellington community, local businesses, gym partnerships, and events. This is more than just making coffee — we're looking for someone who can help create a great customer experience, work independently, and represent the brand professionally. Requirements Previous barista experience required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable driving and operating a coffee truck/trailer Early morning availability required Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet Experience with espresso machines, milk steaming, drink prep, and customer service Nice to Have Specialty coffee experience Cash handling/POS experience Social media or content creation experience ServSafe certification Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, and specialty beverages Open/close and maintain cleanliness of the truck Manage inventory and restocking Drive to pop-ups, gyms, events, and scheduled locations Provide excellent customer service Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips Growth opportunities as the company expands To apply, send your resume and a short introduction with coffee experience to: Brian@darkhorsecoffeeco.com WStart date approximately September 16, 2026 Hours 6-10 Monday thru Friday.
