Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other drink options with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as clover POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs promptly Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards Manage cash handling procedures, process cash transactions, and balance registers at shift end Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met consistently Support team members during busy periods by serving drinks swiftly and managing multiple tasks with excellent time management skills Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive atmosphere Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and register balancing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the café, and lift moderate loads when necessary Embark on an exciting journey where your enthusiasm fuels great coffee experiences!
