Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions with cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures Greet customers warmly, take orders promptly, and serve beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling surfaces, beverage stations, and seating areas in compliance with food safety standards Manage food preparation tasks related to beverage service and light food offerings as needed Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Experience in food service or café environments, especially as a barista or cashier Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and drink service techniques Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Familiarity with food handling procedures and health regulations to ensure safe food preparation and serving Join us if you're passionate about creating great coffee experiences, enjoy working in a lively team environment, and are eager to develop your skills in retail sales transactions, beverage preparation, and customer service.
