Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: Naturally outgoing and enjoy talking with people Warm, kind, and welcoming Dependable and accountable Hardworking and self-motivated Coachable and eager to learn Able to stay positive during busy rushes Someone who notices what needs to be done before being asked Someone who goes above and beyond what they are asked to do Proud of doing things the right way—even when nobody is watching Someone with at least 1 year of barista experience Experience as a barista is great (and we're looking for that!), but a great attitude is even better.
