Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for serving beverages/food to customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. We have a full menu, daytime menu is prepared by the bartender, and nighttime menu and breakfast menu is prepared by our cooks. We do special events and steak night dinners! Great tips! Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and recommend drink options. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service. Assist in setting up for events or catering functions as needed. Must be able to work weekends and nights Skills Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
