Operate POS systems and operate retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, tables, counters, and equipment to uphold food safety standards. Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about food and drink options, and provide outstanding customer service. Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and a positive guest experience. Skills Time management. Ambition and willingnrss to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Ability to maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning routines and food handling practices. Food service certification or willing to obtain one promptly.
