Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Froyo Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our frozen yogurt shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energy and positive attitude will help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest, from assisting with flavor selections to maintaining a clean and inviting environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills, learn about food service operations, and be part of a fun, fast-paced team. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Assist guests with selecting flavors and toppings, offering recommendations when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including food prep areas and seating areas Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payments Restock supplies, ingredients, and toppings to ensure availability during peak hours Follow food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times Manage multiple tasks such as handling phone inquiries, taking orders, and supporting team members during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling and cleanliness Basic computer literacy including familiarity with POS systems and Google Workspace tools Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us as a Froyo Specialist and become part of a lively team dedicated to creating sweet moments for our guests!
