In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of passionate food and beverage professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and smooth store operations. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver high-quality coffee, food, and retail experiences while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of baristas and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality. Oversee daily café operations, including food preparation, serving, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Manage Square POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy. Train new team members on POS system, customer service protocols, food safety standards, and operational procedures. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks, optimize workflow, and meet service goals during busy periods. Qualifications Proven experience as a barista or in food service with a strong understanding of café operations. Demonstrated leadership ability in a retail or food industry environment. Familiarity with Square POS system is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety practices, serving standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
