Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream desserts, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling skills Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; café experience is a plus Familiarity with beverage service, drink preparation, and non-alcoholic beverage crafting Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach that creates a lively atmosphere Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure quick turnaround during peak hours Join us and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating delightful moments for every guest!
