Barista | Sable Coffee Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Kalispell, MT Sable Coffee is growing, and we're looking for friendly, energetic people to join our team! We care about great coffee, great service, and creating a place people genuinely enjoy being, both our customers and our team. You don't need to be a coffee expert to apply. We can teach you how to pull a great espresso shot. What we're really looking for are people who are dependable, kind, willing to learn, and comfortable jumping into a busy environment. If you have experience though - even better! What You'll Do As a barista at Sable, no two shifts look exactly the same. You'll spend your days making drinks, chatting with customers, working alongside your team, and helping keep the shop running smoothly.

You'll:

Make espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, energy drinks, and other Sable favorites Take orders and help customers find something they'll love Learn our recipes, equipment, and coffee standards Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes Keep the bar, lobby, and work areas clean, stocked, and ready to go Prep ingredients and restock throughout your shift Work together with the rest of the team to keep things moving Help create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through the door Keeping the shop clean, organized, and aligned with health department standards Who We're Looking For Experience is great, but personality and work ethic matter more to us. You might be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy working with people Are friendly, positive, and easy to work with Show up on time and can be counted on Stay calm and keep moving when things get busy Notice what needs to be done without always needing to be asked Take feedback well and are willing to learn Care about doing things well, even the little things Enjoy being part of a team and are willing to jump in wherever needed A Few Job Requirements Barista shifts involve being on your feet for extended periods, moving around a busy workspace, bending, reaching, cleaning, stocking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
