What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll lead daily operations of the coffee area while supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience. Duties include supervising and scheduling staff, maintaining product quality and store standards, preparing beverages and food items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring the coffee counter and surrounding areas remain clean and well organized. You'll also handle customer concerns, support training and coaching, and help ensure smooth, efficient operations during each shift.
