Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and food safety standards. Process retail sales transactions smoothly, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food prep zones to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, including assembling food items and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed. Manage beverage service flow during busy hours by prioritizing tasks effectively with excellent time management skills. Support team members in maintaining stock levels of supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
